Based on the memoirs of the British actor Peter Turner, this film tells the playful yet passionate love story between Turner and the eccentric actress and Oscar winner Gloria Grahame. What begins as an exciting affair between the film diva and her youthful lover quickly develops into a deeper relationship. After all, Turner is the only person who can give Grahame comfort and strength in the last tragic days of her life.
